Short answer: we could not verify any feature film that features “Ramalama (Bang Bang)”. Its confirmed screen uses are TV shows. “Rama Lama Ding Dong” has several verified film and TV uses.

Hocus Pocus: is “Ramalama” in the film?
We found no source listing it in the film. The connection is the trend: one of the first Halloween versions in October 2025 featured Sanderson-sisters costumes (per Cloutfluence and Oeneo).
Animal House: is “Rama Lama Ding Dong” in it?
No. The film’s song is “Shama Lama Ding Dong” by Mark Davis, a different song. IMDb’s Animal House soundtrack list does not include the Edsels’ record.
Sha Na Na: did they play it in a movie?
Sha Na Na recorded a cover (listed on a 1973 live album by hitparade.ch). We did not verify a film appearance of that cover, so we do not claim one.
Stand by Me and Grease 2
Wikipedia’s Edsels article says the song was featured in both films. IMDb’s soundtrack listings for Stand by Me (1986) and Grease 2 (1982) do not include it, so we treat this as unconfirmed.
